How to Send WordPress Newsletter via E-Mail

For example, if you are going to send an email to registered users, then you can click the Mail to Registered User option in the left-side bar. On this page, you can find the email addresses of all your registers that are alphabetically listed with a check box option. You can check all the addresses or simply some of them based on your needs. After selecting your targets, you only need to click the Send Mail button.

Method 2: Use Feedburner

This method is a little bit more complex than the method one, but it is still worth trying. In the very beginning, you need to create a new post category for your WordPress site. To do this, you can go to WordPress dashboard < Posts < Categories. Enter newsletter as the category name and category slug, and click the Add New Category button. create category

Now, you need to get the category ID as you will need it on the next step. This is very easy. You only need to put the mouse on the name of the category, then you can find the answer from the status bar that is located at the bottom of the whole screen.

Generally, all the post categories can be seen by every website visitor, so the next thing you need to do is to exclude this category to your registered readers or newsletter subscribers. This step requires you to add some lines of code into the sidebar.php file. We have already come out the coding stuff in the following, so you only need to copy and paste it. You have to make sure that the category ID is definitely correct.

Now, the only thing you need to do is to publish a newsletter into the newly-launched category.
