The first option is great if you want to combine some or all your web contents as a comprehensive and pre-packaged ebook that comes with a series of chapters. However, if you want to give your readers enough freedom to view and download their preferred posts and pages, you can choose the second option.

Method 1 – Utilize the Anthologize Plugin

In fact, if you have enough energy and time, you can surely choose to copy and paste your web content into a Word document, arrange them with the right typeset, and then, save this document with the PDF format. However, if you want to create a content-rich ebook, the manual method is time-consuming and messy. In this case, you’d better consider the utilization of Anthologize plugin. With it, you can easily grab your target contents from your WordPress sites, outline the ebook with multiple chapters and export it in multiple formats.

After converting your content into the ebook, now, it’s time to deliver it. Here, we have summarized 3 conditions for you.

Deliver the eBook for Free

If you just want to offer the offline resources to your readers, you can provide a free download for your ebook. For this, WordPress has the default function that allows you to insert the file attachments into your posts so that people can click those attachments to download the ebook.

However, we think you’d better consider the utilization of Download Monitor plugin, with which you can manage and track the downloading of your ebook in a systematic manner.

To use it, you simply need to click the Add New button, use your ebook name as the download title, insert your ebook by clicking the Add File button and publish it. Note that you can choose to only enable the logged-in users to access your ebook.

Add File

Now, you can check how many and who have downloaded your ebook from the All Downloads section.

Sell the eBook on Your WordPress Sites

Surely, you can choose to sell your ebook on your WordPress site to earn the money. For this, we think the Easy Digital Downloads plugin is a good option to try. You simply need to install it and click the Add New button. In the editing screen of the new download, you can find a Download Prices section and a Download Files section. The former section is used to set the price and the latter section allows you to insert your ebook.

Download Prices

In addition, this plugin allows you to add some discounts for the downloading of your ebook. Thus, you can provide the discount codes to your loyal readers or when you are launching some promotions.

Sell the eBook on Marketplaces

Another option to earn money via the ebook is to sell it on some marketplaces. Amazon, for instance, is a hot option that has a massive number of book buyers. In addition, Gumroad is another popular choice that gives much flexibility when it comes to the selling strategies and pricing rules.
